台灣金曲歌王陳奕迅首次挑戰台語歌，在2009年全新國語專輯《上五樓的快活》中演繹首支台語歌「我甲你」，由亂彈樂團主唱阿翔創作。此外，碟內亦多方邀 請創作歌手寫歌，有蔡健雅的「多少」、蘇打綠青峰的「這樣的一個麻煩」、范曉萱的「你為什麼哭了呢」、小安的「心的距離」，而Eason也特別創作了一首 新歌「給你」，呼籲珍惜地球的環保訊息。整張專輯主打「快活」主義，無論在選歌及演繹上，製作人林暐哲讓Eason可以自在地透過音樂記錄生活

Eason Chan's Don't Want to Let Go won Best Mandarin Album at the Golden Melody Awards last June, and he is to follow that victory up with his highly anticipated new Mandarin album in September 2009.

The album not only features Eason's own composition "For You", it also has songs tailor-made for him by other singer-songwriters, including Tanya Chua's "How Much", sodagreen vocalist Tsing Fong's "A Trouble Like This", Mavis Fan's "Why are You Crying", and Xiao An's "Heart's Distance". Another highlight would be Luantan frontman Ascent's Goa Kah Li for which Eason attempts the Taiwanese dialect for the first time!

Swing - 武當

It's probably the "Seven Year Itch". Since going separate ways in 2002, Eric Kwok and Jerald Chan have been exploring their own solo careers, but this year they decided to team up again as the beloved Canto-pop duo Swing. First they tested the water with a reunion concert in July, then formally return to the "martial world" of the Hong Kong music scene with their brand new album Wu Dang in September. This album comes with 10 new songs on the CD, including "Bread Life" (penned by Wyman Wong), Let It Go, and Swing's comeback single "I Have the Goods". The DVD is jam-packed with goodies too, carrying 4 music videos, 10 live performances from their recent concert (two of which were duets with "Pop Principal" Alan Tam), and lots of behind-the-scenes footage. Chet Baker - The Best of Chet Baker Sings

Once Chet Baker arrived in California from his native Oklahoma, his career exploded. After landing gigs with Charlie Parker and Gerry Mulligan, Baker soon found himself a solo star and bandleader. Not long after that, he also found himself whispering love songs into a microphone. Baker was not gifted with the most robust voice of the day. Indeed, listening to pure singers like Nat "King" Cole or Johnny Hartman can expose Baker's weaknesses, but what Baker did, he did well. By choosing wistful, so-young, so-in-love tunes, Baker was able to pour his heart into the material, sketching soft, romantic moods and painting himself as the broken-hearted innocent.
